We currently only deliver within the UK.
When your order has been despatched we will email you to let you know it is on the way and we will provide a tracking reference.
You will be charged at the point of sale on completion of checkout. You can pay via Paypal or via credit/debit card.
We are more than happy to accept returns. If you have changed your mind that's ok, we simply ask that you drop us an email to customerservices@daisycottagedecor.co.uk to let us know.
Package the item in unused condition along with any instructions/screws/plugs etc in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for postage and we recommend that you use a signed for service.
We are sorry to hear that your purchase has been damaged in transit. Please send a photo of the damage to customerservices@daisycottagedecor.co.uk and we will happily issue a replacment or a refund.
