A stout 'Sadler' creamer jug with traditional 'Willow' blue and white design and faded gold edging. This distinctive and elaborate chinoiserie pattern was very popular in the late 18th century and features a pagoda, three figures on a bridge and one figure in a boat, two birds in flight and of course the weeping willow tree. Looks perfect on the kitchen table brimming with cream or filled with posy of flowers on a sideboard.
